PARTIES & EVENTS
EVENT PREPARATION
Fragment members need access to the venue at least one hour prior to event start to setup equipment.
DJS - will be there 1-2 Hours prior {Depending on Lighting package*}
PHOTOGRAPHERS - will be there 30 mins prior
We recommend a venue that gets dark quickly or is dark for most of the event.This will allow the biggest effect from our DJs Lighting Setup.
A deposit of half the total payment is expected within two weeks of booking*
